INVESTMENT FOCUS: Direct lending opportunities with private or publicly listed companies and private credit funds.

FIXED INVESTMENT TERM: Investors can choose an Investment Term and Target Rate starting from 1 month+ with an automatic rollover option. Indicative Fixed Returns (net of all fees and costs) are:

1 Month 6.00% p.a.
3 Months 6.50% p.a.
6 Months 7.00% p.a.

CASH RETURNS PAID MONTHLY: Investors receive their cash returns on a monthly basis, providing regular income and enhanced cash flow.

CAPITAL PROTECTION: A 10% first-loss protection layer provided by Microequities Asset Management Group Limited.

INVESTOR PROFILE: Open only to Wholesale and Sophisticated investors seeking income generation and capital preservation.

Because these direct loans are not publicly traded, they are highly illiquid and typically difficult for individual investors to access without an institutional framework.
  • 10% First-Loss Protection: Investor capital is supported by a 10% first-loss protection layer designed to absorb underlying losses provided by Microequities Asset Management Group Limited ensuring a strong alignment of interests with investors.
  • Targeted Capital Preservation: All credit exposure is intended to be secured by high-quality underlying assets, including real estate, and equity assessed by Microequities' experienced investment management team and monitored on an ongoing basis.
  • Seamless Rollover Flexibility: At the end of your term, units can automatically roll over into a matching term at the then-current target rate, or you can opt out to receive your capital back.
